Rosa. Silky white and green tea with rose petals and pomegranate blossoms.
Shai Ward. Black and green tea with rosebuds, rose petals and ripe blackberry.
Jasmine Haze. Organic green tea from China, perfumed with jasmine blossoms. EU Organic certified.
Shai 1001 Nights. Black tea with rose petals and orange blossom, warm and richly aromatic.
Mandarin Blossom. Green tea with orange blossom, ginger and turmeric, softly citrusy and warming.
Chamomile Breeze. Caffeine-free chamomile with lemongrass, citrus and hibiscus, a delicate golden cup.

Brewing notes. Each tea pairs beautifully with the included sand timer, and three minutes is the sweet spot for most blends in this collection. Use water just off the boil for the black teas, and slightly cooler water, around 80°C, for the greens and whites.
