Returns & Exchange Policy

Here at Tchaba our customers happiness is our top priority

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this policy is to establish a clear understanding between SAVA GENERAL TRADING (L L C ) and its customers, defining the conditions under which products may be returned for a credit or replacement.

POLICY:

Here at SAVA GENERAL TRADING (L L C ), our customers’ happiness is our top priority.

You have the right to return any tea accessory within 14 days after receipt of the order. Packaged teas and loose leaf tea cannot be returned.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer a return on your purchase.

For any requests that have missing Items, please inform us through our outlets and contact us within a maximum period of 48 hours

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

  1. Product delivered is defected or damaged. Such defect or damages of the product shall be immediately reported to SAVA GENERAL TRADING (L L C ).

  2. Incorrect product delivered from our end.

  3. Products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging and be returned in the same condition as when delivered.

EXCHANGE POLICY APPLICABLE ONLY ON ACCESSORIES- GLASSWARE & TIN CANS PURCHASED ONLINE:

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:

  1. Provided the merchandise is unused

  2. Is in the original packaging with the tags still attached

  3. Within 14 days of purchase

TO RETURN THE ITEMS PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Please email wecare@tchabatea.com

  2. Please describe the reason for your return

  3. Once we receive your email or call, we will process your request and get in touch with you regarding the next steps.

Generally, courier charges for your returns will be at your cost.

Refund, including billed delivery charges will take place within 30 days of receiving your returned items.

Refunds will be transferred via credit or Tchaba’s store credit that can be used for later purchases on the Tchaba site.

Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at wecare@tchabatea.com no later than 2 hours after you have placed your order. We will always try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee a successful cancellation once this period has elapsed.
